We manufacture our GPS and GNSS antennas, controlled reception pattern antennas (CRPAs) and multi-band combo antennas at our facility in Torrance, California, USA. We use agile lean manufacturing and modular designs to ensure short lead time to volume production.
Antcom products are tested by third parties, including TÜV and SGS, and undergo electromagnetic, vibration, endurance and High Acceleration Life Testing (HALT). We also conduct Hardware Design Acceptance Testing (HDAT), including temperature cycling and range, pressure washing, blowing dust and salt and acid corrosion. Our tests ensure that Antcom antennas are resilient against extreme temperatures, electromagnetic forces, altitude, humidity and condensation. We are also willing to perform additional application specific testing based on customer requirements.
Our products are designed to meet standard federal and military specifications. We design to standards for certification so products can be easily integrated into existing or in-development platforms ready for the certification process. Yes, many of our antennas are available in various colors and technical aspects to best fit your needs. We’re happy to collaborate with customers in developing custom antenna solutions, including technical consulting and product research. Once a design is determined, we provide analysis, measurement and diagnostic services to ensure the solution works in your environment and application.
